"Andre" is a 17.2 hands black Fresian/Perch cross gelding.  

He is 62.5% Fresian, His sire is Douwe fan Oostenburg and out of a mare named Sweet Tamari.  He was bred and raised by the Young Living Farms and is 7 years old. If you are looking for TALL, dark, and handsome then Andre might just be the guy for you!  

Before we got him he was ridden english and started in dressage.  We have been riding him western and he has gotten a good balance of mountain, back country, trail and ranch exposure. He is a really friendly gelding and likes attention.  He is very willing and won’t refuse bogs, logs or water crossings.  

He is comfortable with dogs around.  Good with feet, loads, hauls and stands tied with no issues.  He gets along well in the herd, does well in a pen or a stall.
