"Rowdy" is one of our homegrown Gypsy Vanners. He stands 14.3hh and weighs 1310 lbs. He was a sweet as they come as a baby and has not changed. He is a well-rounded individual with a big heart!

He is black with 4 white socks and a blaze on his face so he's really striking to look at. We have done all of the training on this Gelding since he was just a couple days old and will continue until sale time.

He has been used in the back country packing, leading pack strings, wrangling in horses and travelling up and down the trails a bunch. He has been ridden by various levels of riders and does well taking care of everyone. He has been used on the ranch sorting, gathering, checking cows, and has been roped off.

Rowdy is one you can point in any direction and he will head off whether it's up a steep hill or mountain, down a creek, through down timber, across a bridge, or just out in the open. We started driving him fall of 2025 and he pulled the surry like a pro with no issues. We will continue to drive him until sale time. We have trained in the arena so he is used to being ridden indoors as well.

He has the quiet disposition of the Gypsy Vanner breed alongside his ability to get any job done. He is a great horse to be around and handle. After the pleasure of raising and training Rowdy, we are extremely proud to offer this exceptional Gelding.
